Reality: I did the following distances in 5 mins, except when I had a brain/watch malfunction on the last rep and stopped at 4.30. My recoveries did blow out though and in some cases they were longer than 1.30. 124/125/1.25/1.23/1.22/1.21/1.19/1.07. Monafartlek (1×90/90sec / 2×60/60sec / 3×30/30sec). 105km with the pram. I’m actually feeling good at the moment. I think maybe I am starting to make some progress. It’s nice. Here is this week:. Monday /strong : run commute – 11.82kms in 58:52 (4.59 average pace).
