Project 3650
After getting the ok to resume exercise in January of 2013, I've set out on a goal to ride 3,650 miles on my bike this year. Tuesday, January 29, 2013. I have continued PT, and some body weight strength exercises. These seem to help me. I'm doing much more light stretching and starting to add in ab work. overall, the goal is to gain core strength and stability. In addition, last week I went for an EMG test.
