I had a small loss, so my new number is,. Friday's weigh-in had me down -.5lbs. I wasn't sure if I would show a loss this last week. I had to give my knee a rest and didn't get all my walks or work outs accomplished. I'm happy for this small drop, it's slow but I'll take it! Does anyone have healthy cookbooks they really.
