ISSUES | PROJECT HOMELESSNESS

http://projecthomelessness.net/inform/issues

How can we allow sleeping in public to be illegal when there are no alternative places to sleep due to a severe shortage of emergency shelter beds? How can we allow what little the homeless have to be seized and disposed of when there are no alternative storage locations? Such laws allow local governments to destructively and temporarily clean up and conceal homeless problems without offering any constructive or permanent solutions to the underlying causes of homelessness. Lack of Public Restrooms.

Everyone in the community can provide certain services, resources and special skills. When the community connects to pools its resources, it is far more capable or accomplishing change rather than trying to do so as individuals. Rest of Section Coming Soon!
