Project Linus welcomes blankets of all styles, including quilts, tied comforters, fleece blankets, crocheted or knitted afghans, and receiving blankets in child-friendly colors. Blankets must be new, handmade and washable. You don’t have to be an expert to create a blanket that is beautiful to a child! Blankets may be knitted, crocheted, sewn, quilted, or tied, but MUST be:. HANDMADE of NEW materials and WASHABLE.

Project Linus is a 501c3 non-profit organization with nearly 400 chapters throughout the United States. In 2017, Project Linus Tucson distributed 6,845 blankets, which is an average of 570 blankets each month. As a local, all-volunteer chapter, we appreciate your assistance in meeting our mission goals. Hurricane Survivors Need Blanket Hugs.
