Project Mommy and Me

Project Mommy and Me. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. A Second Time First Time Mom. But as a second time mom, without all the preemie accoutrement, it’s a whole different ball game. Holy crap I can do this. It’s just a baby: a baby in her car seat, a baby in her stroller, a baby playing on her activity mat smiling up at a rattling frog. Why didn’t I know about all this? How much does she eat? We don’t have to do forced feeds? We don’t have to feed her overnight? There can still be formula left in the bottle?

http://projectmommyandme.blogspot.com/2013/08/creating-jewish-identity.html

Project Mommy and Me. Friday, August 16, 2013. Creating a Jewish Identity. The truth is, I’m an atheist. I don’t think it’s that shocking if you know me, or even that shocking in this day and age. But how do I consider myself a Jew if I don’t believe in God? Lily's first Shabbos-fast asleep in her carriage. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Message from the author. After weeks of weaning without incident, Lily was officially off of oxygen on November 12-I remember the specific date because it was the day after my birthday and we said it was the best present ever.
