Quest to Carson, CA by way of my garage. NOMAD “NAMED” WODS. April 4, 2015. 30 Rounds For Time. 1 Power Snatch 225lb. I started out doing 200m and 1 snatch every 1:30 EMOM style. After 6 rounds I knew it was too easy and just finished as 30RFT. 225lb is about 85% of my 1RM Power Snatch. Either you have Muscle Ups and Double Unders or not. I would break these up starting with the first round. If you are good at WB ( 7:00 Karen) I would go 25/25 early then adjust later in the rounds. May post 1 per week or 5. Just depends if I think the community will like them. EMOMUF (Every Min On Min Until Fail). 1 Deadlift – Start 155/105 and build 10lbs each minute. If Max DL is under 405/225 start at 115/75. 155 is about 26% of my current max. 525 is about 89% of my current max. 10 cals takes me :15 @ 600 watts.
