Sunday, October 17, 2010. A friend of mine shared some delicious cookies with me the other day and I just had to have the recipe after tasting them. I got even more excited over them when I discovered how SIMPLE they are to make. 1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix. 1/2 C Butter softened. 1 bag Rolo candy. These cookies are best, in my opinion, once completely cooled so the melted caramel from the candy pieces is chewy vs gooey from being hot from the oven. Posted by Conder Family. Links to this post.

Saturday, October 30, 2010. I'ts my first time canning. I am making apple sauce and apple pie filling. I think it will be the last time do canning again. I think canning is what caused the Feminist movement back in the 70's and why women left to work outside the home in the 80's. In my opinion, canning IS that bad. Posted by Conder Family. How many times in a month can you walk into the laundry room only to discover that there is a load of laundry in the washing machine rotting away and for the life of you, you can't remember when you started the load?
