20 juli 2014, 21:23. Imorn är det dags att åka hem efter en vecka i Grekland. Det har varit mycket sol, bad, utflykter och självklart träning. Folk har så mycket åsikter om att man tränar och håller kosten under semestern. Blir så less ibland. Det finns ett bra ordspråk "sköt ditt så sköter jag mitt" bara för att man har semester så behöver man väl inte äta skit och lägga ner träningen.
