This and that: kids, diy and good times. Friday, December 5, 2014. I guess the post should begin with the fun fact that two of our best friends got engaged in Paris. While we were not able to witness the event in person, I was stalking both facebook pages from Florida knowing what was going to unfold. We have been friends with these two since before they were together, so when this picture finally hit the internet we all welled up! When we got the invite to their wedding in Jamaica we were thrilled!

This and that: kids, diy and good times. I wouldn't consider myself an artist by any means and not really a crafter either, but I do like a good DIY and I'm definitely a Mom. For these reasons I decided it would be neat to join in the fun and start documenting our life. (Well, some of it, at least). This and that: kids, diy and good times. Wednesday, April 1, 2015. It's been too long. The point for this blog, originally, was so my kids could look back and see how I kept busy when they were little since I was staying at home to be with them. I guess I've been too busy because I haven't posted in 3 months. Also since I last posted we got a new dog! I just love her. She's still working out some "puppy" bad habits, but I think we've finally got her off chewing up the carpet. Friday, December 5, 2014.
