In this case, we function using the following technology development model. Tier 1 - Prototyping assistance scheme. Tier 2 Grant projects. In this category we work on projects that target specific grant opportunities, particularly those which are fostering interdisciplinary research. This subsequently attracts other university units that wish to blend their research ideas with technology to this lab. This also has potential external linkages to other International universities.

Education Software and Technology. Artificial Intelligence Technology of Higher and Advanced Device Control. We are incubating technologies that have the ability to mentor (advise, guide, teach, lecture, consult, counsel) a human on several issues.

For grant related projects, all the software code produced is provided as open source for other researchers around the work to experiment on the project and grow the technology in new frontiers. Devices developed through the apprenticeship program are patented. However, enabling technologies running on such devices can be commercially sold separately. All other technologies developed in this center can be sold off as once-off to any potential client and the Intellectual Property thereof.
