Get it? 6-12 eggs depending on crowd. 2 cups milk and a dash of cream. 2 tsps salt to taste. 1 tsp ground pepper. 3 cups gruyère, shredded 1 cup parmesan, grated 1 cup grafton cheddar or other sharp goodness. 1/3 cup green onions, minced some shallots if you have. 1 lb bacon or other meat item (crushed up breakfast sausage comes to mind). 8 oz mushrooms, sliced.
