HamiFami: December 2014
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2014. We decided to travel for Christmas this year to see Aunt Sarah and cousin Violet. So, we got packed, and buckled in for the almost 800 mile adventure. It was in the 50s and raining (yes, I said raining at the end of December) in Snake Valley when we left. I think we traveled through all kinds of weather that day, including snow in parts of Utah and Colorado. Our first stop was to see a special someone at the care center in Delta, Utah. We made it to Cedar Crest, New Mexico!

HamiFami: "Surfed too Long"
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2015/08/surfed-to-long.html
Tuesday, August 11, 2015. My dad bought me this skeleton statue in the year of 2002 when I was in massage school. He knew my fascination with the human body. I happened to be organizing a bookshelf and saw it. My eyes paused on it, and I couldn't help but chuckle, because I remember my dad's laugh when he gave it to me. It's funny because back in 2002 I couldn't relate to any computer/gadget addictions. But, here in 2015. all my kids would LOVE to play electronics all day if I let them! Yesterday is gone...

HamiFami: September 2014
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 28, 2014. We had a big day ahead of us. The water was gentle enough that we could take Willow along and be safe with all the kids. We put our safety gear on, made sure we had enough food and drinks then had a nearby visitor take our picture :). I took all these photos with my phone camera as I didn't want to chance my nice one getting wet. It was great that we had the freedom to get in and out of the raft and swim when we wanted. What a relaxing float, in good company :). The first even...

HamiFami: Summer Swimming!
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2015/08/summer-swimming.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. June was the hottest month where we had a couple of weeks of hardly any cloud cover and triple digits. For a few days it was actually 105! I was so grateful when July came around to give us some cloud cover. That made a huge difference. I don't complain about the 90's anymore! We were trying to keep ourselves hydrated too! Any means of getting hydrated ;) . Haha. We were able to get together with Gretchen, Matthew, and Emma a few times at their pond. In fact I know. We brought our...

HamiFami: Weekend: Mt. Washington
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2015/08/weekend-mt-washington.html
Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Weekend: Mt. Washington. Mt Washington is one of my favorite places in Snake Valley (along with the table. I was thrilled when we scheduled a camping trip with friends. I anticipated returning; as it called my name for two years. You know how time gets away especially when you have your third kid ;). So, with an open mind, open heart, and hiking boots we set out to tackle the weekend and a couple of peaks while we were at it! Many, many years ago this part of the bristlecone f...

HamiFami: October 2014
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2014. Don't be confused when you look at these photos. They were taken around the first week of October. If these were updated, the leaves would be stripped from the trees. The only thing that hasn't changed much is the grass. Ha! Front yard (facing West). My Willow tree is very happy where it's at. It's grown much the last two years. That tree reminds me of our third kid ;). Yes, I got on the roof because that's how I roll). Haha. Not a great one, but it existed! How cute are they?

HamiFami: November 2014
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2014. It was a little someone's special day! Technically the day after). What made it even more special is that grandpa and grandma Hamilton were here to help celebrate this milestone. I didn't get too many pictures with grandpa and the kids during their stay because he was under the weather. But, we had a great time. Willow realizes Aunt Audrey really is crazy. Haha JK ;). How old are you, Willow? Isaac made sure we had the right candle). Haha. She can hardly contain her excitement!

HamiFami: January 2015
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 29, 2015. Think Outside: No Box Required. The next few blog posts will make you want to go outdoors and stay there:. I didn't make up my blog title either, but I thought it was creative! I mentioned several times that the weather has been more Fall-like this winter season. We've been taking advantage of it and getting outside when our schedule allows. This has been great because I can get away from my regular in-home chores and get some fresh air. And try to lose 8 pounds). I'm so proud...

HamiFami: Small Mammal Trapping
http://bjaihamilton.blogspot.com/2015/08/small-mammal-trapping.html
Sunday, August 9, 2015. This post contains graphic photos. Not for faint of heart ;). Halfway through field season, the kids and I got a chance to see Bryan work with a small mammal research group from Utah University. They trap mice, shrews, rats, voles, etc. and process them to obtain information and learn more about the species. It's interesting and I learn more about scientific methods every year. This is a great group of people to be around too :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It began with 2.

Bethany LaRue: 100 years later....
http://bethanylaruec.blogspot.com/2013/08/100-years-later.html
Saturday, August 10, 2013. 100 years later. I finally updated my blog! You may now exhale, those of you that have been holding your breath waiting for me to update my blog. Well, that sentence may not be necessary for the simple fact that if you had, in fact, been holding your breath you would. be dead by now. Brace yourself. This is going to be a bit of a long blog. To sum up a year in one blog. is surprisingly easy! Not much has been going on. Work. Home. Work. Home. We did find this hike. A new school...
