Friday, January 25, 2008. Sorry for the delay! I did weigh-in on Monday and Lost 7lbs! Duration of Diet - 2 weeks. Amount of Workout - 3 days in total, 40 minutes each. Followed the diet 90%. I was ill for 10 days which usually tends to make me put on weight, but I lost weight despite that. Can you imagine if I was to follow it 90%, being well and working out 5 days a week? I am going to continue with the same menu until I have reached my goal, at which point I will enter transition. No Pain, No Gain!
