I've been doing research on Wikipedia since 2004, and I have a bunch of papers that you can read on my website. I try to make sure my work contributes to the community - aside from publishing, I was involved in creating citation tools for Mediawiki that eventually led to the ProveIt tool ( http:/ proveit.wmflabs.org. And I helped organize Wikimania 2006.
