A Bottomless Pit of Whining and Dining. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Darling you gotta let me know. should i stay or should i go? So it's almost august, my birthday month. the past year has been too cuh-ray-zee to write about. i'm just glad we're more than halfway done with this horrid, horrid year. things seem to be picking up now, the tides are a-turning. or at least, going back to a manageable, comprehensible state again, ever so slowly. So i dunno. move or not? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Time for plan B.

The Toes Know: June 2010
http://graspingtoes.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A Bottomless Pit of Whining and Dining. Wednesday, June 09, 2010. As in, baboo. Maybe I’m just new to all this, or I’m just not smart enough. But is it just me or do people use way too many big words to explain a picture, or a painting or whatever strange thing we choose to call art nowadays? I love looking at a good photograph. I really do. Can’t it just be about that more often? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Terrific Travails Of Tracy The Titless. Up, Down, and All Around. Such A Fine Line.

November 6, 2009 in Daily Drama. Just in case people are wondering what I am up to, well, I got so sick. The pressure and anxiety of running a yearbook finally took its toll and rendered my whole body defenseless. I haven’t fully recuperated but I am now making up for the one day that I missed this semester: 20 or so cases for Constitutional Law Review and two Articles of the Philippine Constitution. October 28, 2009 in Daily Drama. I want to be happy so I’ll think about Christmas.😉. FYI, I did not volu...

Choosing Happiness: Prelude to Spring
http://lgsaldua.blogspot.com/2010/02/prelude-to-spring.html
Because happiness is a choice. We extended our three-day weekend and made it into a five-day one, counting Mom's day-off tomorrow. Bebe boy was running a fever last night (teething sucks). He had enough of a temperature to keep him from resting comfortably, thus resulting into a restless night for him and Mom. Today, we stayed home to rest. Aside from being a little bit clingier and some whining here and there, he was his usual energetic likot. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

The Look* | Silver Lining
https://zusabel.wordpress.com/2010/05/23/the-look
May 23, 2010 in My God. 8220;The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times.” (Luke 22:61-62). After Peter denied Jesus three times, He gave him the look. What kind of look was it? A) Was it a reproachful look that said How could you? B) Was it a proud See, I told you so? This may come as a surprise, but the answer, is absolutely none of the above. It isn’t what we Have done that make...

Choosing Happiness: September 2008
http://lgsaldua.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Because happiness is a choice. Goodbye, Summer Lunch. Since tomorrow officially brings with it the Fall season, we had a sort of last hurrah for summer during lunch today (much like how Tessa welcomed Summer. Ensaladang Itlog na Maalat (with tomatoes and some cilantro for crunch and spice). Of course, paired with steaming, white rice. I'm proud to say that I whipped it all up from scratch in about an hour, largely due to our spanking new lean, mean, fat reducing, grilling machine. A: Ice cold Coke! There...

Choosing Happiness: Spring Forward
http://lgsaldua.blogspot.com/2010/03/spring-forward.html
Because happiness is a choice. The promise of that somewhere. Is enough to bring a smile to my. Last weekend was so gorgeous that staying indoors seems criminal. So the little one and I ventured out front, to the neighbor's 'rock' garden, while Daddy sleeps off the (hopefully) last stage of his flu. And when Daddy woke up, we headed straight to the park to enjoy the last hour of daylight and sunshine. The anticipation of said lovely things is enough to bring a skip to my step :0). Choosing Happiness: February 2010
http://lgsaldua.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Because happiness is a choice. It rained the whole weekend. A downer after last weekend's gorgeous weather. But rain or shine, I still love weekends :0). I'm grateful that Aldwin and I have weekends off. It gives us time to reconnect (while doing our chores hehe! And recharge. Now that we have Isaac, it gives us more time to get to know the little person he is slowly becoming. This weekend, we found out that Isaac loves Tandoori chicken. That he actually listens when I say, "Isaac, no.". Have a good week!
