December 10, 2009. Out of the mouths of 4th graders. Recently, Michael gave his kids an assignment. They calculated what they were spending on their daily milk carton for lunch, and compared it to what the average gallon of milk costs from the store. They then wrote letters to the principal expressing their concern over this price inflation. It's a compelling argument:. Sunday, June 17, 2012. Things i should have posted about- part 1. But, I love love love my new kitchen. It's amazing. I don't have very good pictures yet, but I'll post them soon. These ones are just with the close up lens, so I couldn't get any good overall shots. And, we put in a mud room, which we love. Thursday, December 13, 2012. More will for mom- photo shoot today. I think the 4th one down of him looking to the side is cute. Man, its amazing how much they change once they lost their baby teeth. Friday, May 13, 2011. The trouble with teeth. Teeth have been causing a lot of problems around our house lately. Iris just cut her 8th tooth today. Maybe now that all those front teeth are in I can start catching up on my sleep before we start on the molars. This is the face she makes when her teeth are bugging her. Sunday, July 17, 2011. June was brandon month. Happy Birthday, Father's Day, and 12th anniversary, Brandon! More than a month ago). I don't think it's possible for a kid to be more excited for his birthday. Around Christmas time, he started inviting everyone he met- strangers in elevators, kids in the grocery store, etc.- to his birthday party. And, he's been talking about his piñata for longer than that. Then, after the prayer he said, "Jesus is my brother, you know.". Happy Birthday, little Will!
