I was eating an orange and had the urge to look up what to do. With orange peels. Some ideas involved making orange oil. But needed grain alcohol which I do not have),. Orange salad dressing (but takes 3 weeks to set) and some. Other ones. I wanted to do something NOW, not have to wait! So, I found a do it now idea. homemade potpourri! I took the orange peels and placed them in a small pot. Then I added some dashes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves. And some vanilla. It is simmering now as I am typing.
