I packed very lightly for the kids and me and had all my errands done, everything in the car including cooler and snacks by the time Ryan got home from work. Wednesday, April 30, 2008. So, I'm giving in. So I redid the skirt on the dress this past weekend. Much better, but next time I'm going to need a whole lot to make it twirlreally big! Didn't you all have "turn-around dresses" as little girls. My little flower girl is so girly. She would wear a dress every day if I let her. Friday, April 25, 2008. I Want it to Twirl. So, I'm trying to make a dress for my little flower girl. No idea what I'm doing. The pattern is very confusing, so I'm just making it up as I'm going. I'm almost finished, but the bottom part doesn't twirl. It's too straight. I can't stand it that way. Fortunately I bought enough fabric to try again with that part. Any tips out there?
