PSASA Tentative Agreement (2013-2016). Once the contract is ratified, members will receive a 2% stipend based on their current salary. All PSASA salary scales will be increased by 2% for SY 2014-2015 and then by another 1% for SY 2015-2016. Members will receive these raises, in addition to any movement on intervals. Criteria will be set for Principals to move into the Distinguished Pathway by January 31, 2015, to be effective as of July 1, 2015. Healthcare insurance and other benefits are protected.
