Style that moves you. July 8, 2011. Riding in style on the Pilen Lyx ‘Portlandia’. Posted by Patrick Barber under Équipage de voyage. I am always game. To try out a new city bike, so I was excited to test out the new Pilen Lyx ‘Portlandia’ for a few weeks this past spring. In addition to all this, the Lyx has a little secret: it’s downright speedy. Life with a Trike: April 2010

Life with a Trike. Some observations about riding and modifying a Christiania Trike. Sunday, April 11, 2010. Let there be light! The local bike shop received a stack of lights for our upcoming winter and I liked the look of the Cygolite MiliOn 200. The light output is fantastic and simply does not compare to the lights I had mounted previously. Honestly sometimes I think I am just better off sticking to the road! Links to this post. Life with a Trike. Some observations about riding and modifying a Christiania Trike. Thursday, June 10, 2010. Was after some test riders for a range of electric bikes they are importing and I volunteered! I spent two days with a 'townie' style electric bike with a 200 watt hub motor in the rear wheel, 36volt lithium battery, pedelec system, brake cut off and twist throttle. Links to this post. Life with a Trike. Some observations about riding and modifying a Christiania Trike. Monday, October 11, 2010. A recent comment on my blog led me to this website. In this shot you can see the light, the generator unit and the magnets that attach to the spokes and provide the power as they spin past the generator -. The installation was very easy and the thought that has gone into the product is quite impressive. For example -. Any excess cable can be wound into the generator unit. Links to this post.
