Date : 2014/12/29 09:22. 건설 불공정 행위, ‘대금 미지급’ 가장 많아. 하도급업체 A사는 제주시 소재 오피스텔 신축공사를 했으나 설계 변경으로 인한 공사대금 증액 문제로 하도급 대금 5억 3천 9백만 원을 지급받지 못했다. 이처럼 건설 공사 현장에서 하도급 건설기계대여 자재 등의 대금 미지급이 가장 큰 어려움인 것으로 나타났다. 올해 ‘불공정 하도급 해소센터’에서 조사 처리된 460건의 불법 불공정 행위 가운데 대금 미지급 건은 전체의 67.4%인 310건이었다. 국토교통부(장관 서승환)는 건설공사 현장의 불공정하도급 행위를 근절하기 위하여 운영하고 있는 ｢불공정 하도급 해소센터｣*의 금년도 실적을 발표하였다. 종전의 5개 지방국토청에 설치된 ‘불법하도급 신고센터’를 ‘13.6.28 ‘불공정하도급 해소센터’로 확대, LH, 도공, 수공, 철도공단 등 4대공사에도 설치. 국토부는 내년에 고용노동부와 협조하여 근로감독관도 업무 중 건설 관련 불공정행위를 적발 시 불공정하도급 해소센...
