Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: The Adventure Continues
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2009/01/adventure-continues.html
Wednesday, January 7, 2009. I've started working on my next Choose Your Own Zombie Adventure. Instead of continuing the story of Stranger in a Strange Place right away, I've decided to do a stand-alone story from another character's perspective. You might be saying, "How can you leave us hanging like that and not continue the story? Do you hate us? Do you even know what you are doing! After that, I promise you I will get to work on the next chapter of John's new life. I have a lot of fun ideas for th...

Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: May 2009
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 29, 2009. When did I get so busy? I keep asking myself that question. When did I get so busy? It seems that over the past year or so I've picked up so many extra-curricular things to do that I don't even have time for them all. Let's see. I, of course have, PsychoNoble. We've got a good thing going with the biweekly Radio show and I've had plenty of ideas flowing in for the new Gaming Column. So I ask again, when did I get so busy? Meh, who knows? Getting Back in the Groove | Operation: Write
https://jaybirdpn.wordpress.com/2011/11/08/getting-back-in-the-groove
In which I try to write a lot. November 8, 2011. Getting Back in the Groove. This week I am trying to get back into writing on a consistent basis. It had been a couple weeks since I did any substantial writing. I wrote on a Monday, was on vacation from Tuesday to Tuesday, took Wednesday off, wrote Thursday, then continued to be burned out Friday. So this week I’m trying my best to get back in the groove. Today was my first real day back writing. I finished the introductory chunk to part 3 and I feel p...

Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: Ann Curry is a Fox
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2009/08/ann-curry-is-fox.html
Monday, August 10, 2009. Ann Curry is a Fox. I have to drudge through the nonsense of Matt Lauer, the insanity of Al Roker, and the ignorance of Meridith Vieira, just to get my sweet few minutes with Ann (we are now on a first name basis). It is a special time for me, when I can just sit there alone, just me and Ann, and talk news. I say, "How can you be so smart AND beautiful? At least 42 people in Iraq were killed by a car bomb today." she responds coyly. That naughty girl. Oh how she tempts me!

Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: November 2008
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2008. Damn viruses/hacks/malware/spyware/whateverware. Whatever it is causing problems, I have to say I don't care for it. No sir. As a user, I don't think there is anything to worry about. As far as I'm aware it hasn't affected my computer or anyone else's. Just something annoying to deal with on the site. I've made a few updates and changes in hopes of keeping it from returning. I wouldn't bet any money though. Friday, November 21, 2008. On King's On Writing. Now, I know what you a...

Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: Spinning Plates
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2009/03/spinning-plates.html
Thursday, March 19, 2009. Running a website is like trying to keep a whole bunch of plates spinning, and sometimes I just can't get to every single one. And it seems that recently this blog has been one of those plates. So here I am, giving the blog plate a good spin. Hopefully, if I can, I'll keep spinning it for as long as I can, but you never know what other plates may need some attention (the Store plate might need some attention soon). Jaybird's PsychoNoble Blog: This Pandora Radio Thing
http://jaybirdpsychonoble.blogspot.com/2009/08/this-pandora-radio-thing.html
Sunday, August 30, 2009. This Pandora Radio Thing. Has anyone else heard of this? My friend recently introduced me to this online radio thingy. Basically you put in a band or song you like and it generates a "station" around similar bands. It is kind of cool and sometimes can be a way to discover other bands. I'm only listing alternative music, but it works for pretty much every genre. Stations currently created: Weezer, Metric, Modest Mouse, Radiohead, Flaming Lips. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

That one time I really had to pee and didn’t (but eventually did) | Operation: Write
https://jaybirdpn.wordpress.com/2010/04/26/that-one-time-i-really-had-to-pee-and-didnt-but-eventually-did
In which I try to write a lot. April 26, 2010. That one time I really had to pee and didn’t (but eventually did). This story was in the back of my mind as a potential follow-up to my recent tale of bathroom adventures. Let’s get to it. The only toilet in the vicinity was outside in his dad’s trailer, which was an awkward trip to say the least. I was always uncomfortable around his dad even though he was usually a pretty nice guy. I always timed my bathroom trips wisely with others so I neve...Until that ...

In which I try to write a lot. August 11, 2011. Fiction: Far Away Man. There is a man that lives far away. Alone, in his cottage, he doesn’t view the world like us. There aren’t the same problems out there. He doesn’t worry about politicians or debates. He doesn’t particularly care. As long as the sun rises each morning and sets each evening, well, he’s just fine. In the shower he coughs blood. Just another problem. He doesn’t need to see other people. He’s just fine with that. Everyt...Just another prob...
