I first went just to spend some time with Brian. It was great. Even Dennis came up for the weekend! One might ask, what does one do in Cedar City? Good question, not much! COTA MOM: January 2009

Friday, January 9, 2009. LEAVING THE BABY BEHIND AT BYU-HAWAII. Disadvantage - it was noisy and 3 blocks from the beach. But since we were there to get Andrew settled and not to just vacation, it worked out fine. Here is a picture from our balcony:. In trying to find where to sign him in we went in the back way past a sign that says "No Women Beyond This Point". Of course I didn't notice this until after we had gone in! That honestly is the whole room! Plus no air conditioning! By the time we got back to...

Thursday, August 28, 2008. Trip #6 - Part 4: Minocqua, WI or "My Golden Pond". We had beautiful weather. One really good thunderstorm. During dinner one night. Dinner done, storm done, perfect! As you can see from my earlier post, we had fun with the chipmunks. Usually they are not that tame, but these little rascals were born in the bed in the guestroom. Surprise! All in all, I love "My Golden Pond"! Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Trip #6 - Part 3 Niagara Falls. We arrived at the Canadian border early afte...

So, I have been avoiding writing this post. sometimes you don't want to jinx yourself. But, after 6 weeks, its probably time to tell the blogging world about Ken. Ken is awesome. The Bundials: Grateful
http://thebundials.blogspot.com/2012/11/grateful.html
No one needs you more than I need you. Thursday, November 22, 2012. Last year we decided to make a playlist of Thanksgiving songs (which really means songs about gratitude) and it has been wonderful to listen to often for the last few weeks. It's probably a little late, but here are the songs:. Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing, sung by Freddy Ashby (who is the son of my mission president). Grateful (featuring Brian Stokes Mitchell)/The Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Prayer of Thanksgiving/Peter Breinholt.

COTA MOM: Back to Cedar Two More Times, Yikes!!
http://cotamom5.blogspot.com/2009/04/back-to-cedar-two-more-times-yikes.html
Monday, April 27, 2009. Back to Cedar Two More Times, Yikes! The last two weekends I have been back in Cedar City. The first weekend Dennis and I were supposed to run off to NYC for 5 days (my Xmas present), but a 5 week trial took that away. So I escaped and went to see Brian in two shows. The first weekend was Wizard of Oz. Very good and fun. Brian has one more play, one more final, one more paper to write and then he is on his way home for the summer! No more Cedar City for me for at least 4 months!
