When Janet was a little girl, she and her parents frequented a close friend's home where other parents would socialize while the children gathered in a common area to play. Once, one of the children found a lighter. Each of them took turns lighting it; however, Janet refused to participate. I'm going to be one of the few people in the world directly creating a new and brilliant (java ripoff of a) language. Well, okay, its already established and on to version 3.0 by the end of this year, but I'll be there for the next version if not longer. So I'm moving to the Seattle area! Sunday, May 6. Great distractions seeing friends and playing with technology (lots of tech toys this Christmas), but I've also been unable to stop thinking about Janet pretty much all the time. I think about her when I go to bed, when I wake up as I lie there for hours unable to get up, when I'm bored.
