Lady in Haiti: My Journey as a Relief PT. Tuesday, August 3, 2010. My patients. . . Things here are kind of slow to move initially in the morning. I slept on a cot without a pillow and no a/c. I slept like a baby but woke up sweating my bleep off. I rather enjoy the cold shower, though. We are on our own for breakfast, I realize that someone stole all of my Larabars! So apparently this women crashed tonight, she became extremely short of breath. So guess what the nurses did? August 4, 2010 at 6:00 AM.

Airports are no fun anymore and since they charge for luggage check now people try to carry on everything! Thereby backing up security. I am in Ft. Lady in Haiti: My Journey as a Relief PT. Sunday, August 1, 2010. Still not in Haiti, though I should be. I knew everything was going to smooth, I knew it! I got near the front of that line and I believe I received the last seat left on the flights leaving on Sunday. I believe they then started re-routing people on flights scheduled a full 2 days later! Anyone know of Mooresville, PA? Hopefully, my following stories will actually be from Haiti! Pray that I make it there on Sunday! The Lady in the tent.
