Public static final void blog(). Tuesday, December 22, 2009. GWT-EXT FormPanel Validator: null is null or not an object. So I added a Validator to a TextField to do some rather simple validation. In hosted mode, the validator appeared to be working the way I expected it to. however, in Internet Explorer, a javascript exception was being thrown any time the Validator returned false.
