Inukku Podi, an instant podi made for Dosa/Idly.I am so fond of this podi that I frequently make it even though I have other sides for Dosa/Idly. Coconut - 1 cup (Shredded). Garlic - 1 pod. Whole Red Chillies - 6-8. Curry leaves - a few. Salt - as needed. Gingelly oil - For serving. How you will make it.
