http://shaunsteyaert.blogspot.com/2013/10/inspiration-continues.html
Monday, October 21, 2013. It was great. Then we would walk back to the last 200 yards and as people we knew finished, we would run with them and finish too! As pictures are posted, I will update. Thank you all again for supporting us and our healing process. I plan to run many more races this year in Shaun's honor but none mean as much to our family as this one. Thank you. From the Seoul of Korea: March 2007
http://jarrodkorea.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
From the Seoul of Korea. Friday, March 30, 2007. This month has raced by as the new semester keeps me busy. I am teaching more classes at Lila than I was last semester and like I mentioned, they are the upper grades. Teaching older students is fun because they understand more of what I’m teaching; but it also comes with challenges. I try to remind myself that this means opportunities. For example, I am teaching all the boys in 6. I would love to hear from you if you are able. Wednesday, March 07, 2007.

From the Seoul of Korea. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. It's fun to be reminded of familiar activites from back home, and good to be in a place that doesn't do things exactly how I'm used to them being done. It gives me a bigger picture of life beyond the USA and life beyond mine. How exciting (and stretching) it is to see life from a different perspective! Posted by Jarrod Puffenbarger at 11:57 PM. Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Into my 3rd Month. The congregation in the English service is smaller-. Since I w...

Shaun's Story: December 2012
http://shaunsteyaert.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Sunday, December 16, 2012. We will be taking another trip to Charlottesville tomorrow so that we can get the list of procedures done and off to the labs. Shaun will get a skin biopsy and lumbar puncture (spinal tap) under sedation. Keep him in prayer for the next couple of days as the spinal tap can cause headaches. Who knew I would be so excited about poo! I will update on how the procedure went. Thank you for your prayers! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Shaun's Story: May 2013
http://shaunsteyaert.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 31, 2013. In memory of Shaun, last Saturday, the two week mark, I designed and went and got a new tattoo; one that will be with me forever, knowing SuperShaun is always with me. I feel like it was ok for me to do this, and I will have to answer for my decision one day but I really like it! Wednesday, May 29, 2013. 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? Sunday, May 26, 2013. And a smile on his face for...

Shaun's Story: June 2013

Sunday, June 30, 2013. Continuing to Inspire One Tough Mud Race. However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. I am now signed up for another mud run, LosiLu in Fredrick, MD. Shaun will continue to inspire this Momma and push me to continue fighting the good fight and racing to the end. I love you SuperShaun! Shaun's Story: November 2013
http://shaunsteyaert.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 14, 2013. With an attitude of Gratitude. Every blessing You pour out I'll turn back to praise. When the darkness closes in, Lord, still I will say, Blessed be the name of the Lord, Blessed be Your name, Jesus, Blessed be the name of the Lord, blessed be your glorious name. You give and take away, You. Give and take away. My heart will choose to say, Lord, blessed be Your name! Does that mean I am thankful if my car gets totaled? I have overcome the world." (John 16:33). His love never ...

On August 5th, 2006 I asked Stephanie to be my.girlfriend! Dating with the intent of Marriage to be proper :). So you might be thinking, "You got into a relationship right before you went to Korea, Jarrod? For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.". Stephanie, I miss you! I'm learning how t...
