One Sunday, which happened to be Jeff's birthday (or at least his celebration at our house) on the way home from church Tyler announced his love for all things cake. Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Saturday's are for Soccer. In the fall we were lucky in that Zach and Tyler's games were played nearly consecutively. Starting in the second half of Zach's game Shannon wasn't able to watch much of Zach's games, the families' total time at the soccer fields was held to a minimum. This Season the schedule is not so compact, let it be sufficient to say that one Ellis could be at the soccer fields for 4-5 hours each Saturday. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I did't get an argument from him when I told him it was bedtime earlier than usual. Here he is in the morning with the clothes he wanted to wear on his first day. I forgot to take pictures of his shoes, I will put those up soon. These shoes make him really fast. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. This week started ou...

Sunday, March 25, 2012. Is it springtime yet? After two brutal winters in Pennsylvania, one of the things that attracted Shannon and I to Seattle was the mild winters and early spring. While this winter can't be compared to those winter in Pennsylvania, it has been cold, and snowing for much of Mach! Alas, it is springtime and record low temperatures be darned, if the sun does get to shine, the temperatures will go up. We ventured out on the Cedar River Trail. Tyler is getting much better, not quite to Z...
