Wellington Brewery’s Prismastic Golden Sour – chosen for it’s rather mild sourness and complexity gained from being aged for one year in Cabernet Franc barrels with a mix of wild yeast and sour bacteria. Honestly considered not coming back and sending for the rest of the family to pack up and join us there instead. Did you know they can grow fig trees on the island? For some reason that excited me.
