If you're thinking of making this for your costume next year, here's what I did. 1 1/2 yd orange cotton fabric (for the salmon). 2 1/2 yd black pleather (for the seaweed). 3 POLY-FIL 100% premium Polyester Fiberfill. 4 black and orange thread (if you don't have any). 5 1" thick black velcro. I also needed to find a way to make these cards more multi-purpose. So I took some left over yarn; poked a small hole inside the card; inserted the yarn through the hole with the cozy attached to it; tied a knot in the back and viola! 8211;instant holiday card and gift wrap :). I really enjoyed making these and hopefully you like them too :).

YeahI can't believe it either, I'm sewing again :D I was on hiatus for a little bit because my messy, messy sewing area and busy with other crafty things I've been trying out. I thought it would be cute to photograph my sewing project at my desk at work beside the 2 "lucky cat" banks I got for my birthday :).
