I recently visited a website that gave some tips to be “healthy” in college, and i found some of them to be very useful. The website breaks it down into 14 steps, which i will summarize. 1) Get enough sleep. 2) Sleep on a regular schedule. Many college students have problems with eating disorders. It is necessary that you eat enough food. 8) Get a bicycle.
