In cucina con Sara. 400 gr farina (meglio se: 100 gr farina di manitoba, 300 gr farina tipo"00"). 225 ml latte bollente. 50 gr burro tagliato a dadini. 15 gr lievito fresco. 1 cucchiaino colmo di sale. 1 tuorlo 2 cucchiai di latte (servirà per spennellare sopra ai panini prima di infornare). Quando l’impasto non attacca più riporlo un po’ infarinato nella ciotola, coprire con pellicola e metterla nel forno spento a lievitare per 1 ora. In cucina con Sara. 2 cucchiai maizena (40 gr). Bollire il latte in un pentolino. Mescolare lo zucchero con la maizena e versarlo in una terrina dove abbiamo precedentemente messo i tuorli. Aggiungervi il latte ancora caldo a filo e mescolare il tutto fino a farlo amalgamare bene. Con uno sbattitore elettrico montare le uova intere insieme allo zucchero in una terrina a bordo alto finchè non diventa una crema quasi bianca e liscia. Quindi abbiate pazienza e non stupitevi perchè ci vorrà un bel po' di tempo. In cucina con Sara. Involtini di prosciutto cotto. 12 fette di prosciutto cotto. 4 fette di pane in cassetta. 80 gr parmigiano grattuggiato. Qualche fiocco di burro. In un piatto fondo tagliare a pezzettini il formaggio e due fettine di prosciutto cotto. Aggiungere un uovo sbattuto, le fettine di pane in cassetta private del bordo e precedentemente ammollate nell'acqua. Incorporarvi il parmigiano e aggiustare di sale, infine mescolare con cura. In cucina con Sara. Pasta all'uovo fatta in casa. Per gli amanti della pasta fatta in casa posto la ricetta passo passo. 250 gr farina 00. 1 pizzico di sale. 1 cucchiaio di olio. Mettere la farina in una terrina a bordi alti, fare il buco al centro, mettervi un pizzico di sale, le uova a temperatura ambiente e sbatterle leggermente all'interno della fontana di farina con una forchetta. Dulce de leche (mou, o dolcelatte.io lo trovo all'eurospar nel reparto marmellate). Infornare per 30 minuti circa.
