Simple Facts of Life. Saturday, August 15, 2009. On customer service excellence. Recently my macbook gave up the will to live, and died on me unexpectantly. The phone conversation with the Apple Care staff was pretty interesting, which gave birth to this note here. Me: I cannot believe my macbook is so lousy. It failed on me within a year. And now all the keys refused to work and my trackpad has gone off track as well. Is this common among mac users' complaints? Wow After the conversation, i actually felt.

Many wonderful second language acquisition and bilingualism researchers (and students). This is a wonderful opportunity for me and I hope to be able to get your support to achieve my dream! In turn, I hope to be able to inspire others, especially Muslim girls, to keep learning and to seek higher education, for education is a strong empowering tool.
