I got my hands working on an authentic french quiche, one that's two inches in depth and left to chill overnight, allowing the flavors to mellow out. a quiche is basically a gorgeous pie, that uses custard and simple fresh ingredients. It's pretty hard to find good quiche in singapore as people here are more accustomed to the usual pies that they see everywhere else. Baking is such a wonderous art of work. Sunday, June 27, 2010. Unofficial end of my UQ journey. One and a half year has passed since i came to study at UQ. This journey has been filled with much pain, but also with many awesome experiences. From being stressed out like mad with projects, to fun dinner sessions at Campus View, to winning the Holiday Inn Competition alone, to making new friends, to getting stressed again and many many many more. Bottom line, I HAVE SURVIVED THIS JOURNEY! Last few days has been just PACKED with HEAPS of fun!
