All sessions at Pure Pilates are 50 minutes in length and include equipment based pilates as well as pilates mat exercises. We incorporate a multitude of props to add variety to each and every workout. A complete health history is taken prior to start of sessions with all clients in order to individualize each and every workout. Full payment must be paid prior to first session to reserve your spot on our schedule. 70 /session 12 session package - $50 ($600 package).
