Saturday, March 25, 2006. The ups and downs of sock knitting. First the "ups." I finished these socks for my 4 year old daughter! She loves them and would wear them every day if I let her. They are made with Knitpicks simple stripes in 'snapdragon.'. Now for the 'downs.' Remember my Trekking sock I am working on? He had taken out the needles and unraveled the sock! Monday, September 25, 2006. Sock Wars Started Friday. I know for most this would be the best time to engage in sock warfare. The whole weekend ahead of them. However this stay at home warrior is busier on the weekends than most. I was barely home this weekend at all. And the little time I was at home was mostly spent sleeping! Friday, January 26, 2007. The Best Secret Pal! Lookie what came in the mail for me! The packaging was so pretty! So pink and springy! Being January in Chicagoland, I appreciate every bit of spring I can find! Then I opened it! Thank you so much Valerie. For everything. You have been a great secret pal!
