Friday, October 31, 2008. Tomorrow E-learning day no school! Let me to start off with my day first. First lesson S&W so relax play soccer only. Next is cats relax too. After lesson Hit the gym with Ivor and thomas, must be shock right Ivor wanna gym sial. heh. Train my shoulder today :). Next, went home sleep. Saw vosper on my way home, he ride bike i walk also can meet each other, is this what we call fate? Anyway here goes my back, after so much of training finally there's some improvment :). Thursday, July 16, 2009. New exercises for my shoulder today. Smith Machine shoulder presses, dumbbell raises, rear dumbbell raises, upright Row, Front Plate Raise and machine shoulder presses. For me it's very effective, I can totally feel the tightness when I pumping it up. I will push till my very last reps.

Friday, April 1, 2011. It's 35 days out, been dieting for 25 days already. See some results on my body, at least it look harder now. It's been a very tough journey for me. Been through many hard time. I have give it my best, I just hope that my hard work will pay off. And I gonna thanks those that kick me when I was down, this is the time to prove them wrong. Friday, February 27, 2009. Back to my life! I can get my ass back to the gym! I can sleep well! I can eat well! I can have fun! I can meet up my buddies and friends! Have been waiting for today for thousand of years! No more stress. However I screw up my last paper, just hope that it won't put down my GPA, i will be very happy. Have not been sleeping well, as I'm studying for exam! And I mean hardcore studying! I don't want to suffer last minutes again. All this worth it! Because it's holiday again!

Saturday, October 24, 2009. First week of school come to the end. Really fast! So fast that make me really scare. Few more weeks to common test, exam stress is coming, and I somehow lost that motivation to study. First week is totally "BULLSHIT" when comes to study, never even pay attention in class, seem so boring everytime when teacher start teaching. What's wrong with me? However in gym wise, I seem totally different! Is this what we called "gain something and lost something? Thanks to my classmates.
