Blurred Lines ：知识产权抄袭的界线？我必须说，我还蛮喜欢Blurred Lines的音乐性，. 节奏、bass line、歌手的演唱. 再加上某年MTV上Miley Cyrus过于大胆（不必要地）. 也因为这样，我知道Blurred Lines有被指抄袭Got To Give It Up. 不禁觉得哇，真的不要开玩笑抄袭这回事真的don't play play. 很多网友都说他活该（因为这首歌的题材不是那么健康，所以本来就得不到很多人的青睐）. 看他们被叛的罪名是“unintentional infringement”. 就因为用了同样的乐器？类似的节奏？这种风格的歌曲就是这种节奏的喔……. Coldplay的 Viva La Vida. 老实说，那个时候我对Coldplay 的这首歌失望了，. Thank you for the music.

Saturday, January 29, 2011. 踏前一步，注意到了地上瓷砖不一样了，周围气氛不一样了。吸了一口气，不，是一口咖啡香。望一望左右，稍淡黄色的灯光，欧式休闲装潢，毕卡索式的壁画，咖啡色的沙发。悠闲的气氛，在空中弥漫着。慢步到柜台去，亲切的招待，顿时让心情提升不少。点了杯焦糖拿铁。找到了一个角落处，空置的皮制沙发。好极，正是我爱的角落处。顺带一提，来到咖啡馆，我的个人偏好是角落位置。怎么说呢？嗯，第一、角落处比较安静。然后呢，角落是提升观察力的好地方。虽然会有些死角，但是还是能够很好地观察一整个环境。对我这种以观察人生百态为乐的人来说，简直就是最佳位置。找到了角落的沙发坐下，拿出了笔电，接上了电源，戴上耳机，开了首陈奕迅的《K歌之王》，就开始打这篇文章了。我唱得不够动人你别皱眉,我愿意和你约定至死", 想起了她.看着手上的咖啡，咦？今天怎么点了拿铁？还是她爱的焦糖拿铁？平时我都是点玛奇朵的啊.什么时候开始，她的品味渐渐影响了我的呢. 这是，我与她，还有星巴克之间的，一段故事。 Signing off, Jf aka Sn1p3. 9829; ] 遇上你真巧.
