Purple Sage Bakery is the creation of Chef Laurie Sargent and serves restaurants and caterers in and around Columbus, Ohio. Chef Sargent, Certified Executive Pastry Chef, has been creating pastries for over 20 years. A classic French pan loaf enriched with butter and light and velvety in texture. Egg rich bread available in dinner rolls, braids, or Kaisers. Made with milk with a slightly sweet finish. Classic crusty rolls with a moist chewy interior. This hearth bread is made by traditional methods with lots of olive oil and kosher salt - rosemary, caramelized onion, or kalamata olive. Delicate sweet dough topped with a gooey mixture of pecans, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Sour Cream Coffee Cakes. Pear or Apple Almond.
