Tuesday, July 26, 2005. Been having bad migraines lately. Unable to sleep or constantly feels like puking. Waking up feeling restless and aching all over plus, my migranes. Last night it got worst, i became car-sick. Unbelievable. I wonder why. Bad diet maybe. Mal-Nourish? Any remedies to help me kill off these constant headaches?
