So, what is “Purposefully Well”? June 5, 2015. June 10, 2015. What a good question. Maybe this should have been my first post, but I’ve been trying to put this into words for a while. So, here it goes:. Is the idea that wellness is not a passive state. Means that we are well on purpose. We are (to the best of our ability) giving intentional and consistent attention to being well in all areas – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc. It also means that our purpose. Is better fulfilled when we are well.
