Earlier today I was having a discussion with a few people I recently had the pleasure of being connected to for further learning and sharing of knowledge and wisdom of a spiritual nature. The conversation turned to ego, or more specifically the topic ended up at ‘what is ego? I’d like to give my perspective (so far). I thought it was an interesting question. Is it possible the ego has become our trickster; it has evolved so that our fight or flight is so much more subtle?
