Dedicated to transforming a smile, body and mind-set. Raquo; My Weight Loss. These results begin in 2013 when I started this blog. They are taken from a Tanita Body Composition Analyser which I was lucky enough to have access to at my old work. Since I won’t have that anymore, I will track my weight and measurements till I find an alternative. My height is 168cm (5ft 6in exactly) and at the time of starting this I was 26 years old. (I’m now 27, half a stone lighter and still not giving up!

So much has happened in that time, I’ve been promoted, bought my first flat and found love. 🙂. But a lot hasn’t happened too…I STILL haven’t achieved my weight loss goal (in fact I’ve put on a few pounds) and I still haven’t finished my Invisalign treatment…still? I know, right! However I’ll never be accused of giving up and it’s all systems go! This entry was posted in Advice.

Having visited an orthodontist and being told I would have to wear a head brace at night (the optimal case of teenage embarrassment for me as I went to a boarding school) I thought my dream of straight teeth would never come true.
