Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Date: 20th Sept’09. Base Village: Palu, Dhasai, Murbad. Ganpati Gadad is a group of 6-7 caves near Dhasai. This is fairly simple trek and quite enjoyable and a treat for eyes in monsoons. Unluckily this year it did not rain much and hence there were only small waterfalls on route and very less clouds else generally this trek is pleasant but we faced scorching heat. Friday, September 25, 2009. Base Village: Acchla – Pimpri. Date: 12th-13th Sept’09. We reached base of Acchala by 11.30 am and Sun was at its peak. April 1, 2011 at 8:46 PM. Whenever I visited Saptashrungi temple I was always curious to know if people do trekking in these mountain ranges. Happy to know that people actually do!
