Part of the reason why it’s so difficult for us to get somewhere we want is because we aren’t letting ourselves get to that place. we’re actually preventing success. do we blame ourselves and then punish further? How can you get somewhere in life in a healthy way (meaning affect others’ lives, do something, make something great happen) when you are always punishing yourself?
