I got to see her and her parents after the show and was amazed that she actually remembered me. She was one of my favorite kids (I probably watched over 20 kids in my 6 year career as a babysitter), and she said to me, “You were my favorite babysitter! 8221; and I just melted. In Rome, we visited the Trevi Fountain. I made a wish and through a coin in the large pool of water. This was to signify that I would one day come back to Rome. And I did. Posted in Our Day to Day. I wish I had taken pictures before guests arrived… but the hubby and I helped coordinate a wedding last Thursday. It was at a beautiful location. For dear friends. Great party. As the coordinator, I was definitely running around (figuratively) a lot which made me wish that I was wearing shoes that were more comfortable! Nonetheless, it was a beautiful wedding. Pizza Hut: Love it or hate it? Posted in Our Day to Day. I love pizza. I love anything cheese. And growing up in Japan, Pizza Hut was the only pizza my Mom would buy – that is WHEN she bought pizza because my super-chef Mom usually made pizza from scratch at home. Pizza Hut in Japan isn’t greasy, well-made with the perfect amount of cheese. Of course, branch to branch, city to city, dishes are made differently. I STILL CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF IT! What does it feel like turning 30? I'll let you know. Lars, Peder, Tone and Dan eating tacos. Anyway, it's summer here by then, so we'll probably just hold a barberque instead. Some people fear the dreaded 30. The three oh. When you are 30 you should be a grown-up; have a job, a partner, a child. Many of us are not. I'm 29 and pushing thirty. I will be 30 on August 18th 2006. They call it the thirty year crisis. The biologic clock. Time is ticking! Will I find a new partner before then?
