Monday, September 29, 2008. 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup mashed ripe banana. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Pour into well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven ( 350 degrees) 45. Minutes or till done. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Wrap and store overnight. 1 1/3 cup water.

Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Almost Too Easy Cookies. 1 Box French Vanilla Cake Mix. 1/2 bag peanut butter M&Ms (family sized bag). 1/2 bag Milk Chocolate and Carmel Chips. Mix cake mix, flour, water, egg, and oil. Add in the candy and the chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Monday, April 20, 2009. So far our most favorite room. The bed is in the back of an old pickup and there is projection screen on the wall. The way the speakers are set up it felt you were at the movies. It was fantastic! The room came with sodas, popcorn, candy and a hot dog toaster.
