The Title Says It All. School on a Sunday! We spent the first few days settling in and getting used to the heat. We’re staying in a really nice hotel which has a swimming pool, George and I have been swimming every day. It’s about 35 degrees here – in the UK it never really goes over 32 degrees even in summer. The Title Says It All. Today we went to the Medinat Jumeirah and there was lots of fun stuff to do like taking boat rides to other parts of the hotel me and George played football and did a lot of swimming. On the same day there was a car parade so we went to see that and saw lots of nice cars. The biggest shopping mall in the world:. This is an indoor waterfall. Full size ice rink. The Title Says It All. School on a Sunday! George and I went and visited our new school on Wednesday and met some of the teachers. George’s teacher is called Mr Nolan and he doesn’t stop talking (he’s Irish). School starts on a Sunday but the good news is that it finishes on Thursday! This Sunday was a national holiday and so we didn’t start until the Monday. It’s about 35 degrees here – in the UK it never really goes over 32 degrees even in summer. School on a Sunday!
